Job Summary

Purpose: To analyse the customer databases and come up with insights and recommendations for the product development and the marketing team. Converting information from data files into formats suitable for analysis and performs exploratory data analysis Produces reports and summaries for presentation to business users and depict data graphically for inclusion in presentationsResponsibility: Carry out customer analysis to support various areas of the business as required. Tracking consumer trends /flows over a period of time Applications of various statistical techniques like Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, CHAID, Logistic regression Understand the customer database from different angles and build profiles Build propensity models depending upon the business requirement Carry out Segmentation to group customers into customer distinct segments who behave in a similar way to each other Investigating patterns in customer data that gives direction to some of the business problems Broad review of all data available, interrelationships to extract information Translate data interpretation into business implication

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge of SPSS Highly numerate, being able to work through and deal with complex concepts and data. Analytical skills in order to interpret and translate large volumes of complex market, product and company information into concise and accurate summaries as required. Attention to detail Strong research skills. Good planning and prioritising skills Data manipulation skills Self starter Comfortable with the use of MS Excel and PowerPoint

Qualification

B.B.A, M.Sc, MBA/PGDM

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
