Job Summary

What you will be doing

  • Verify KYC documentation of people/organizations raising and withdrawing funds
  • Communicate with customers over call & email regarding incomplete/inaccurate documentation
  • Review complaints from users alleging instances of fraud and manage compliance & funds withdrawal-related queries
  • Review high-risk transactions and fundraisers flagged by internal fraud-check tools
  • Work with the customer support and product teams to ensure a smooth internal process and ideate product improvements

What we are looking for

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma with 2+ years of compliance, document verification work experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication skills - able to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Strong observational and analytical skills; proficient with Excel
  • Open to handling queries during non-office hours, on occasion
Experience Required :
