Job Summary
What you will be doing
- Verify KYC documentation of people/organizations raising and withdrawing funds
- Communicate with customers over call & email regarding incomplete/inaccurate documentation
- Review complaints from users alleging instances of fraud and manage compliance & funds withdrawal-related queries
- Review high-risk transactions and fundraisers flagged by internal fraud-check tools
- Work with the customer support and product teams to ensure a smooth internal process and ideate product improvements
What we are looking for
- Holding a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma with 2+ years of compliance, document verification work experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
- Strong observational and analytical skills; proficient with Excel
- Open to handling queries during non-office hours, on occasion
