Job Title: AGM / DGM

Reporting to: GM HR

Location: Thane


Position summary:

The role would act as Centre of Excellence for Performance Management and hence would primarily be responsible for

facilitating the achievement of Business Objectives by building strong performance culture and related interventions through

PMS. The key deliverables would include effective designing and implementation of Performance Management System in

the organization.

The career path for this role would be to become HR Business Partner for our Thane location comprising of R&D, Strategic

Support Centre and Advanced Technology Centre. Hence, apart from strong experience in PMS, the role would require

good understanding of other HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle Management (HR Operations) and

overall Administration. With growth in role, possible of 2 more reportees getting added.

Job Description:

PMS CoE role:

Help setting up business objective definitions to help drive function-wise SMART goals reflecting key deliverables

aligned to business imperatives.

To provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework at organization level.

Partner closely with Management, Leaders and Heads to well understand business priorities, its intricacies and

see how PMS can be inter-woven seamlessly to help deliver and measure performance.

To manage, influence and motivate employees for performance - implementation and issues thereof.

To coordinate and facilitate the communication to all employees concerning all stages of PMS including preparation

of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.

Experience in leading or participating in PMS project would be an added advantage.


HRBP role:

Guide executives in assigned business unit on issues including application of HR policies and processes,

restructuring, and complex employee issues.

Analyze HR metrics for assigned business groups to help executives arrive at appropriate people decisions;

understand trends and proactively develop plans to address concerns through meaningful actions.

Support and partner with HR Head in managing critical role succession planning, leadership development and

workforce planning

Partner closely with line Managers for Talent Acquisition to drive hiring efforts within established division guidelines

and partner with managers as we strive to get in best-in-class resources to the organization.

Partner with HR Operations / Employee Life Cycle CoE to drive employee management efforts within established

division guidelines.

Deliver on HR transactional/process requirements - e.g.: generate data, check accuracy, suggest modifications to

support data integrity

Be aware/ knowledge of industry, market trends, and leverages this insight to develop appropriate HR solutions

Proven experience in handling all related statutory matters.

Effective in working with peers, business partners, and other colleagues to positively impact business performance

and foster strong team work. Builds networks and lasting relationships.

Comfortable working in a demanding environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Demonstrable experience building credibility and trust among both employees and managers.

A high degree of confidentiality, resiliency, respect for others and tact are required.

Comfortable in switching between planning and execution modes.
