Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: MALAD/THANE

Job Type: Full-Time / UK and Australia Process

Qualification :- Graduation

Experience:- 1-2 Year



Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service via phone or in-person (depending on the role and business needs).

Troubleshoot customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.

Process orders, track shipments, and address any related concerns.

Accurately input customer information and order details into the system.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor and follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Work skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Mumbai

    Required - Good command over English

    Experience Required :

    1 to 4 Year
