Role Summary: In the Founder's Office - New Initiatives role at buildd, you will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy and execution. You will decode new program needs and mastermind their design and execution. What you will do Launch and Drive Strategic Initiatives: You'll work in close partnership with our content, growth, and product teams, launching and guiding strategic projects to meet organizational goals. Identify New Program Requirements: You will work with teams across buildd to recognize and implement new program requirements, facilitating design and implementation. Building content, learning SEO and email strategy Analyzing data to understand what works, what doesn't, and how we can improve Process Optimization: You'll continuously refine our existing processes, building efficiencies into the system for improved performance. Ensure Timely Completion of Projects: With a focus on results, you'll align various stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives within set timelines. You should be: Experienced in a similar role where you were involved in scaling a startup from 0 to 1 Strong Stakeholder Management Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven - you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes. Expert at a Hard Skill: Whether it's Excel, PowerPoint, SEO, marketing, or design, we seek individuals with a proven skill set. Your expertise will be evaluated during the hiring process to confirm its applicability to our team. An adept problem-solver, with a keen eye for identifying issues and the skills to provide effective solutions Expectations in Week 1 Get acquainted with our team, our unique culture, and the exciting work we do at buildd Understand the organizational structure, product portfolio, and identify key stakeholders across content, growth, and product teams. Familiarize yourself with ongoing strategic initiatives and their respective goals. Start building relationships with teams and stakeholders Expectations in Month 1 Actively participate in current projects, offering insights and solutions for process optimization. Identify new program requirements by analyzing current systems and interacting with different teams. Begin the process of implementing improvements to existing processes to create efficiencies. Expectations in Month 6 Fully own and drive multiple strategic initiatives, with visible improvements in meeting organizational goals. Have a robust system in place to identify, design, and implement new program requirements. Showcase significant progress in process optimization, reflecting in improved performance and efficiency. Maintain a consistent record of projects completed within set timelines, showcasing improved coordination and management.
