Role Summary As a part of our core team, you will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include spearheading new initiatives and craft tactical strategies, with a keen focus on achieving our business objectives. What you will do Work closely with the founders to develop, refine, and implement strategies that propel buildd's growth Be an active participant in deciding the product's direction Gather insights and design robust SOPs and business processes to ensure a smooth and seamless scale-up Undertake new initiatives, design strategies, and work towards achieving business targets Identify and attack critical business bottlenecks to enable swift scale-up, using strategic and analytical thinking You should be Experienced in a similar role where you were involved in scaling a startup from 0 to 1 An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven - you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes. Expert at a Hard Skill: Whether it's Excel, PowerPoint, SEO, marketing, or design, we seek individuals with a proven skill set. Your expertise will be evaluated during the hiring process to confirm its applicability to our team.
