Job Summary

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics CRM, especially in the following areas:

Configuration of Dynamics CRM 4/2011/2013/2015/2016.

Developing customizations such as custom entities, custom forms, custom fields

Report and dashboard development

Development of plugins and workflows

Upgradation of CRM from 4 to 2011 to 2013 to 2015 to 2016

Required Education and Experience:

Secondary Skills:

Extensive experience in capturing and analyzing requirements.
Experience needed in C#, ASP.NET, web services (preferably WCF). Database experience with SQL Server, experience in writing and debugging SQL Stored Procedures.
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, HTML and other client side web technologies and frameworks such JQuery.
Team leadership experience.
Experience with other CRMs such as Salesforce will be a definite advantage.
International Client Management
Excellent English language communication skills is a mandatory requirement for this position.
