Job Description -

Requisitions for role :

• Minimum 8-12 Years of relevant experience in BFSI .
• Experience in Team Handling and Mortgage / LAP
• Vast experience of working at regional level .
• Knowledge of new/existing locations/Builders / competition mapping, business opportunity and challenges to understand the requirement of market

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Incumbent would be looking after the micro mortgage products .
• Managing a team of Sales Manager/Relationship Managers for the sale of products of micro mortgage .
• Primary credit appraisal of loans mentioned above.
• Analyzing the creditworthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedback
• Ensuring a healthy portfolio and support in recovery of irregular and NPA accounts.
• Cross selling the various products of the bank like Gold Loan Insurance, savings, other loans, etc
• Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Mentoring & Training the team to achieve results
• Monitor Productivity of employee to ensure all team members are meeting goal sheet targets
