Job Summary
Team Lead will be responsible to manage the team of Outbound/Inbound sales specialist working in the computer hardware (Laptop/Desktop) space.
Responsibilities:
- Should have min.6+ work experience into Contact Centre environment.
- Minimum 4+ years of team handling experience of Outbound/Inbound sales & Operations
- Strong knowledge of computer Hardware. (Laptop/Desktop)
- Would responsible to drive the sales target for the month/quarter
- Should have strong Negotiation Skills
- Should be well versed with the sales terminologies.
- Should have an eye to detail
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel, power point etc)
- Bi-lingual is a mandate (Hindi & English Speaking) etc.
