Job Summary

Job Profile

  • Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key KPIs for the business.

  • Manage the IT sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

  • Achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets.

  • Generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories.

  • Evaluate prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

  • Implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.

  • Work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets.

  • Focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.

  • Participate in pricing of the solution/service.

  • Travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits.

  • Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes

  • Should have effective exposure to Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales , Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales)

  • Should have proven track record of successful sales in the Government Sector / Depts.

  • Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM
