As a Senior Learning Partner, you will consult with organization and role-based community leaders to understand capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. You will also design and implement education strategies aligned with business imperatives, execute program and content development projects by applying sound educational frameworks and learning best practices. Additionally, you will evaluate opportunities for leadership coaching; including assessment, 360-degree feedback and development plans towards skill enhancement. You will also Manage administration of learning solutions to provide relevant, high quality experiences for participants,evaluate and proactively improve measurement of learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes. You will be responsible to conduct training and classroom coaching which could also include program management of continuous learning opportunities, supplier management skills- identify, manage, and drive outcomes, qualitative and quantitative data interpretation.
