Job Summary
Job Requirements
- Developing local vendors and reducing the cost of procuing material
- 3+ years experience in procuring material from national and international market
- Expereincing in tender filling
- Allocating alternative vendors and allocating appropriately
- Supervising vendors and handle vendor enquiries
- Excellent communication skills and Industrial background
- Commerce graduate mandatory (Engineering background preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite
Job Roles
- Vendor Co-ordination and Vendor Selection
- Create purchase orders
- Converses with vendors to obtain information (Price,Availability,Delivery)
- Manages and Supervises multiple vendors
- Maintain record of items purchased,costs,quality etc
- Negotiates with vendors if good are faulty and takes neccsisity action
- Co-ordinates activites in procuing goods for company
- Communicates activel with HOD and managements
- Co-operates with employees for a final outcome
- Entering data and creating a purchase file system
Experience Required :
