Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultural building & value cascade exercise
  • Designing the new joinee induction process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs
  • Create a role based learning framework and calendar for learning
  • Design & develop learning modules for training needs which include both digital & classroom training
  • Design Hi-Po identification process and identify Hi-Pos at various levels
  • Design and roll our Hi-Po development interventions at various levels
  • Establish partnerships with suitable external agencies for roll out of classroom learning interventions
  • Measure the learning effectiveness through measuring feedback, assessments etc.
