We are looking for a tech-savvy sales engineer to assist with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs. To be successful as a sales engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technical products and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored, use-case based product presentation and demonstration to qualified prospects (on-site and remote)
  • Demonstrate Arcons products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
  • Own end to end delivery of Proof of Concept (PoC) for qualified prospects for Arcons enterprise offering with special focus on success criteria
  • Support the sales teams to answer technical and functional questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to Arcons partner network
  • Attend meetings with sales managers acting as a technical expert
  • Become a product champion in all aspects of Arcon solutions
  • Stay abreast of the latest innovations in the information security (PAM space) domain
  • Responsible for staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between Arcon and its competitors

Candidates Profile:

  • 6-9 years experience in implementing and/or pre-sales of software products is a must. Experience with security software products especially IAM or PIM/PAM will have significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to build quality relationships with new prospects and customers
  • Advanced technical skills in implementing, supporting and delivering enterprise software solutions with proven track record
  • Technical expertise in

- Solution architecture and design

-LDAP systems

-Management of Windows based servers: MS IIS, MS SQL

-Unix/Linux servers

Cloud

  • Ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to technical and executive audience
  • A self-starter with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Travel ready for both short and medium duration international and domestic requirements
