Job Description:
The Engineering Enablement team is responsible for providing tools, methodologies, and support to engineering teams to accelerate product development across the company.This position is for an opening in the Product development and Platforms group within the Engineering Enablement organization.This team works to define and promote the adoption of verification best practices. This role is more focused on leading, supporting product lines on ADI proprietary and industrial standard AMS flows and deployment of best Mixed signal verification practices and methodologies prevailing in the semiconductor industry within ADI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, deploy and automate RNM based DMS & AMS simulation flows and Mixed-Signal Design Verification Methodologies
  • Provide high quality proactive application engineering support for both in-house and commercial EDA Mixed-Signal simulation & DV tools and flows and ensure the success of IC design teams
  • Assess, implement and coordinate the development of new capabilities in Mixed-Signal Design Verification by engaging with EDA vendors

Experience/Qualification:

  • BTech/MTech degree in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI with 5-8years of experience from reputed institutes
  • Strong background in mixed signal verification fundamentals, behavioral modelling and working on verification environments
  • Proficient in System Verilog, especially System Verilog Assertions
  • Strong expertise in modelling especially in SV-RNM and Verilog-AMS/Verilog/Verilog-A
  • Ability to understand analog schematics and extract related functionality for modelling
  • Experience in model validation with schematics
  • Prior experience in automation using scripting languages (Perl/Python/Shell) is a must
  • Knowledge of Virtuoso Pcell technology and SKILL language is desired
  • Strong hands on experience on EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Xcelium, Xcelium/Spectre AMSD, Simvision
  • Proficient in Version control systems (Perforce/SVN/SOS)
  • Ability to work independently and able to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Good soft skills and experience of working collaboratively in a cross-site environment.
