Job Summary EXPORT LOGISTICS:-Communicate with clearing agents for clearing of assignment from custom i.e. custom clearance.To ensure smooth execution of the export.To handle freight negotiations.Communicate with the freight forwarder for ensuring transportation of the products at lower rates as well as with better service quality.Accept the orders from overseas customers and approves the order by checking price, dispatch date, availability of products.Communicate with production department and plant to ensure proper production planning . Communicate with Dispatch/distribution department to ensure timely dispatch of the products.Communicate with customers to inform them about dispatch schedule.Ensure compliance of all the necessary documentation such as Pre-shipment documentation, post-shipment documentation required for exporting the products i.e. handles shipment execution.Handle processing of duty drawback incentives.INDENTING IMPORT:-Communicate with the customers to inform them about the order processing.To ensure proper shipment execution documentation is done.Minimum Requirements

Candidate should be a first Class Graduate in any Discipline, preferrably with Diploma in Import Export Management, with relevent experience in Chemical Industry.Should have :Up to date knowledge of government policies, taxes w.r.t exports.Basic knowledge of documentation of order processing.Thorough knowledge of export logistics.Thorough knowledge of freight negotiation and shipment execution.Negotiation skills.Communication skills.Decision making ability.

Qualification

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
Experience Required :

4 to 7 Years
