Reports to: General Manager Sales / Regional Manager

Sales Peer Relations: Account Managers / Delivery Managers / Presales Consultants

Job Briefing:

A Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned business targets for the territory /

accounts. Building long-term relationship, positioning the company and solutions. Soliciting

business for IT products which includes Data center solutions / Server/ Storage & Networking

components.

Principal Account abilities:

Opening new accounts & Generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Forecasting

and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to customers.

Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory. Managing

account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.

Job Responsibilities:

Good PR Skill, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure, competitive Analysis of the market and requirement gathering

A good communication skill in English is must

Increasing business opportunities from customers.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Should have exhaustive experience in Selling OEM products.

She/he shall be responsible to negotiate with the client for the best deals and present

Pleasant Personality

Should work aggressively to achieve / exceed target

Having relationship with OEM (Enterprise IT Products OEM) shall be added advantage

A self-starter, takes ownership & run business independently this position requires a deep thinker who can come up with new out of box ideas as the market space is competitive and requires innovative approach to win customers.

Sales / Business Skills :

IT products Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions sales which includes Data centre Solution/

Server/Storage/Networking components) to different industry segments.

Experience in dealing with Telecom / Large Enterprises accounts.

Account Management experience in the specified job location.

Proven ability to interact with Cxos.

Desired Profile :

Strategic thinker with thought Leadership.

Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.

Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.

Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.

Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.

3 10 years of experience in selling and 3+ years in Account Management.

Strategist with very good attitude, business acumen and managerial qualities

Energetic and Aggressive

Academics :

Bachelor or Post Graduate in Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce with knowledge in

Information Technology. Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) preferred.

Experience :

3 - 10 Years of IT Hardware Sales, Solution Sales

Salary Package:

4 - 10 Lakhs CTC per Annum, Incentives on Target basis.
